Responsibilities
• Perform research and evaluation of network technologies• Install and analyze network infrastructure• Develop and maintain network diagrams• Design, build, and upgrade LANs and WANs• Perform capacity planning, configuration, and troubleshooting• Develop and implement new LAN/WAN applications and hardware• Identify and resolve complex network problems• Provide guidance for network improvement• Evaluate and test network software and hardware• Provide Tier 3 support and enforce network standards
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in network administration or engineering• Bachelor's degree in a related field desired• Security+ and CCNA certifications required• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure• Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches• Ability to adapt to workload and lead teams• Proficient in professional communication• Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance
