Nd Shift Meat Room Operator

$1,000 Hire On Bonus! Barrett Petfood Innovations is a family owned and operated premium pet food manufacturer. We are growing quickly and currently hiring for a  Meat Room Operator. This position will be responsible for operating equipment used for grinding meat products to be processed into pet food.
??? Job Duties :  Manage the day-to-day operation of the meat room  Train staff on proper meat room workflow and sanitation procedures  Enter batch information into Plex Software and manage inventory on a daily basis to ensure product is in stock and accurately counted  Mix ingredients together and grind blocks of meat into meat grinder  Add oils as needed per customer specifications  Unload frozen meat pallets into freezer for storage using forklift  Clean meat room equipment at throughout the day and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards  Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner  Job Requirements :  Willing and able to lift up to 60lbs  Be willing to work with a team  Stand for long periods of time  Forklift experience preferred but not required – Will Train  Math skills required  Computer Skills required  Hours : 2pm - 10:30pm
