DATTCO has a full-time opening for a Dispatcher in our Coach & Tour Division. This is a 2nd shift position working from 4 PM to Midnight, Saturday through Wednesday.

Work with supervisors to ensure on-time departure of all vehiclesCheck-in drivers as they report to work including reviewing uniforms and providing work ticketsProviding information regarding Coach & Tour Division operations to customers and other staffUtilizing GPS and dispatching software to monitor operations of routes for accuracyWorking with drivers and other staff to address service issues/failures in a timely mannerReview driver itineraries for accuracy and address driver questions/concerns promptlyMinimum Requirements:
