Responsibilities
• Support implementation, training, and maintenance of IOS practice• Manage purchase order confirmation and reconciliation• Liaise with vendors and offices for timely delivery of orders• Assign purchase order numbers• Research and resolve disputes with vendors• Generate IOS compliance reports• Collaborate with Finance team for AP reporting• KPI reporting per office• Implement cost-saving measures• Build relationships with suppliers• Identify and set up new suppliers• Manage technology updates and maintenance• Track procurement of supplies and equipment• Collaborate with other departments• Recommend improvements in purchasing methods• Prepare management reports• Participate in educational activities• Maintain patient confidentiality• Act as a team player• Enhance communications through excellent customer service
Requirements
• Expert user of IOS Systems• Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts• Understanding of policies and procedures• Basic accounting and business management knowledge• Proficiency in computer accounting programs• Familiarity with medical/office supplies terminology• Establish and maintain effective relationships• Forecasting and problem-solving skills• Strong written and verbal communication• Ability to multitask and work independently• Prioritize work assignments• Accurate data compilation and analysis• Result-oriented and customer-focused
