Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals Manage and lead a national sales team to drive revenue growth Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field Proven experience in sales management within the cutting tools industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills RMT is an industry leader in design, engineering, and manufacturing of high performance cutting tools.
