Requirements Candidate Profile: Essential: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, with strong leadership capabilities. Proven track record in managing and motivating multi-person teams. Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of market dynamics and sales strategies. Desirable: College degree(s) in a relevant field. Extensive experience in commercial product sales. Proficiency in both inside and outside sales management. Experience with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sales. Familiarity with team restructuring and process optimization.
