The National Director, BHG Servicing & Retention plays a pivotal role at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, an iconic real estate franchise with global reach. The ideal candidate demonstrates the drive and leadership required to ensure the satisfaction and drive the growth of our network of over 150 affiliates, focusing on bolstering affiliate growth, enhancing retention rates, and deepening engagement. This role will manage a team of Franchise Performance Consultants and is 100% remote.Responsibilities:Oversee the direct management, leadership and coaching responsibility for Franchise Performance Consultants including performance management, training, and career development.Establish strategic goals for Franchise Performance Consultants focused on increasing affiliates performance and engagement while partnering with Franchise Sales in identifying M&A, conversion, and roll-in opportunities.Manage the renewal processes for all BHGRE affiliates, including those considering selling or acquiring within the Anywhere brand, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.Work with finance to formulate the annual budget, coordinating all related activities to meet financial goals for renewals, funding, terminations, and seller strategies.Coordinate shared services to support Renewals and Seller Strategy, leading prioritization and oversight for distressed companies, renewals, and seller strategies.Handle or delegate key deal negotiations, developing strategies with Finance to enhance franchisee renewal proposals and create incentives for growth.Create and maintain efficient systems for tracking and monitoring progress on renewals and seller strategies, ensuring follow-up and reporting are comprehensive.Foster and expand relationships with BHGRE affiliates, ensuring strong, positive connections with their businesses and staff.Deliver on key negotiations of deals, and/or coach team on negotiations of all deals.Partner with BHGRE dedicated transition team to support on-boarding for acquired companies.Work persistently towards brand service goals and exceeding customer expectations.Qualifications:7+ years of real estate franchise servicing or brokerage operations experience combined with 3+ years of leadership experience franchising and/ or brokerage.Familiarity with real estate brokerage operations and strategic planning.
