Stewart Moving and Storage is seeking an energetic, self-starter with excellent customer service skills and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to proficiency in Microsoft Office, as this position requires extensive communication with customers, account contacts, corporate and fleet personnel, and a network of Stewart agents to ensure a quality move from origin to destination.Serve as the primary liaison between clients and location service providers to ensure successful commercial moves and logistics projects. In addition, set up sales orders and processes that create a seamless file flow to billing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Assist sales in contacting account customers to confirm scheduling and manage expectations. • Work in conjunction with servicing agents to schedule services.Increase revenue from house/ National accounts and gain new accounts to grow overall revenueCommunicate scheduling changes and other updates with responsible parties to assure customer satisfaction.Set up sales orders with clear pricing instructions.Manage ongoing commercial moves, logistics, and warehousing projects to ensure timely billing to clients.Receive agent invoices and warehouse reconciliations and save to project folders.Prepare files with appropriate approvals and paperwork for billingProtect organization's values by keeping information confidential. • Perform other related duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh school education or GED minimum. Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.Three (3) years of moving industry experience preferred.Previous Customer Service experience working with internal and external customers. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel.Excellent interpersonal skills; handle situations with internal and external customers as necessaryAbility to work under deadlines and specific time frames.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.Benefits include Health, dental, & vision coverage after 90 days, group life insurance, & 10 paid holidays per year.
