We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our National Accounts Team as a National Accounts Administrator. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of various behind-the-scenes activities that support customer-facing positions - such as dispatching and tech support. Your contributions will play a key role in meeting vendor and customer expectations, as well as maintaining a high level of organization within our operations. National Accounts Administrator Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices, turnkey invoices, and purchase orders for submission to the Accounting Department. Act as a liaison between customers/vendors and internal departments to swiftly resolve questions and concerns. Prioritize and handle customer requests and issues with a sense of urgency. Manage the processing of returned material requests and credits. Assist the dispatch team in creating cases and service purchase orders as needed. Monitor and manage the National Accounts email inbox efficiently. Process start-up report documentation and handle new vendor/customer paperwork requests. Maintain the contractor database and ensure accuracy. Interact collaboratively with customer service and technical support teams within the organization. Develop and maintain knowledge of factory processes, techniques, tools, materials, machines, and equipment. National Accounts Administrator Requirements: High School diploma
College degree preferred 3 years of administrative experience Basic knowledge of plumbing or related industries
Experience in boiler and hot water systems is a plus Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and verbal and written communication skills Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks Proactive, quick to take action, and strong initiative Team player with strong collaboration skills Computer proficiency in MS Office Ability to communicate proficiently in English
