Job Description Responsible for handling owner request in completing title transfer, name Change requests and clearing deceased off title.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, and other duties may be assigned. Track and maintain all incoming mail pertaining to the area on a daily basis mail out procedure letters to owners advising of what is needed to complete their transfer. Track and maintain mailout codes pertaining to the as needed, ensuring proper follow up is being completed. Maintain CSD issues assigned, ensuring issues are being resolved within 24 hours. Complete the daily tasks as required by department. Qualifications Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED. One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent. Extensive customer service experience required. Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to perform operations using units of American money, weight, volume, and distance. Reasoning Abilities Ability to apply common sense understanding. Ability to deal with problems in standardized situations. Physical Demands Regularly required to walk, sit, use hands, reach, and talk or hear. Frequently required to stand. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
