Guaranteed hourly rate + commission + tips or full commission options Requirements: Positive attitude and likes working in a team environment Knowledge of nail and cosmetology trends Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards Experience in customer service Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Technician license Roles & Responsibilities: Greet all guests with a warm, friendly attitude Provide full nail services, including manicures, pedicures, polish changes, and nail trims Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner Prepare and clean station in-between appointments Maintain best-in-class safety standards and sterilize equipment before and after each client Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. loyalty discounts, eyebrow waxing) Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manis last longer) Building rapport with guests Creativity is encouraged!
