Municipal Team Leader

Established multi-disciplined consulting firm is looking to add a talented Senior  Municipal Team Leader   to their Bettendorf, Iowa team!

Responsibilities:

Manage project team (workload, set priorities, financial management)
Mentor/train team and assist with professional development
Project management responsibilities including project planning, scope, budget, contracts, design, QA/QC) for various types/sizes of municipal projects
Assist with developing strategic initiatives/business strategies
Build/maintain client relationships
Some travel required (approximately 10%)
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
5+ years of civil engineering and consulting experience
2+ years of civil engineering project management experience
Experience managing/mentoring a team
Salary is commensurate with experience.
