Located in North Denver, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing construction team. Founded in 1982, we are a multifamily and commercial construction company that provides exceptional service for our clients on a wide variety of project types and sizes. We primarily focus on the construction of multifamily, K-12, clinics, and retail and make sure there is always a clear line of communication between everyone within our company and with our clients. We have won the Rocky Mountain Excellence in Construction Award several times along with Design/Build Project of the Year and several others. What You Will Be Doing You will be managing, planning, and directing the assigned design and construction team for upcoming commercial projects. You will oversee schedules to ensure all objectives and tasks are accomplished on time or make any adjustments as needed. You will also oversee the day-to-day projects throughout their phases and coordinate with subcontractors to make any necessary adjustments in material, labor, or time.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ Years in Project Management
- 3+ years in Multifamily Construction
- Strong organizational skills
