Industry leading Developer/Builder is looking to add a construction Multifamily Project Manager / APM to their team and grow! Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement?
CONSTRUCTION MULTIFAMILY PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead Project Manager role
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
* garden style, Podium style work.
· Ability to manage and run projects from start to finish
· Strong communication skills with Superintendent's, Subcontractor's, and Owner's
· Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
· Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
· Ability to identify and solve problems
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
