Responsibilities
• Program planning, development, and servicing of multifamily loans• Creating and amending loan documents• Analyzing Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and loan applications• Producing portfolio performance reports• Ensuring compliance with Montana's Qualified Allocation Plan• Assisting in the preparation of bond structures and closing documents
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration preferred• 2-5 years of related job experience• Knowledge of spreadsheet design and management• Familiarity with real estate terminology• Ability to provide good customer service and meet deadlines
