Superintendent Qualifications:
* Must have a proven work history as a superintendent leading ground up multi-family projects $40M+
* Lead weekly construction coordination meetings for each project
* Reading and interpreting specifications and plans
* Examining and inspecting work progress and site
* Practical experience in the field
* Excellent people skills
