They are looking for an experienced Superintendent that has experience with Multi-Family Projects .This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a top builder in the area!
Multi-Family Superintendent Responsibilities:
* Ability to successfully run Multi-Family Projects
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong communication skills, good positive attitude
* Meet deadlines & work well under pressure
Multi-Family Superintendent Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in multi-family construction
* Proven track record of managing project timelines effectively.
* Consistent work history within the industry.
* Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
