As a Charge Nurse at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center, you'll oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients.

Responsibilities + Mentors others in areas such as competency, documentation, equipment use, plan of care, National Patient Safety Goals, and participation in inservice education.
+ Coaches to improve careProvides direct patient care as appropriate to meet the needs of the patients and department.
+ Prepares work schedules, assigns personnel.
+ Coordinates patient flow on the unit to facilitate the provision of timely and effective care
+ Demonstrates appropriate prioritization and critical thinking skills in critical situations
Qualifications Minimum:
+ Two (2) years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty and/or charge nurse experience
+ AZ RN license
+ AHA BLS and ACLS
+ ADN or foreign equivalent.
+ Skilled Working Knowledge of the EMR and hospital systems.
Preferred:
+ CVICU experience or Critical Care Charge Nurse
+ BSN
+ Certification in Specialty
Pay Range $42.85 – $63.77 /hour
