This position is responsible for the maintenance of heavy equipment and the material recycling system.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Skills include:
Maintaining & repairing all yellow iron (heavy equipment) – Conveyor system, Volvo, Morbark Grinder and Doppstadt Shredder Diagnosing and repairing all engines (gas & diesel), transmissions, hydraulics, electric motors (5 – 50 hp)  Utilizing service manuals and schematics to set up and perform repairs Ideal candidates will have:
2+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic Prior experience utilizing diagnostic tools Welding experience helpful, but not necessary Own set of mechanic tools Ability to lift heavy objects 50+ pounds Competitive wages and full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO.
