We're seeking an experienced Mortgage Originator to collaborate with our vast network of over 11,000 in-house real estate agents and receive a steady stream of at least 100 buyer leads each month. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can serve as a producing manager, acting as a market leader and receiving an override on other loan officers within your market.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with our in-house real estate agent team, providing comprehensive training on loan programs.
- Respond promptly and expertly to referrals from Realtors and builders.
- Efficiently handle incoming leads and maintain close collaboration with our agents.
- Utilize and update our company CRM system to ensure seamless communication and organization.
- Offer consultative mortgage options, pre-qualify borrowers, and manage all aspects of the loan application and documentation process.
- Keep all transaction stakeholders informed about the status of their loans.

Requirements:
- NMLS license (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven track record in originating purchase loans, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and $6 million in volume within the last year.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Eagerness to engage with company-provided leads and collaborate with our real estate agent network.
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Microsoft/Google Suite and CRM systems.
- Regular use of video conferencing tools to facilitate communication and collaboration.
