Join our growing team as a mortgage processor and closing coordinator.Responsible for coordinating with borrowers and settlement companies.Manage a pipeline of loans and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Review loan files and multiple web-based systems for data integrity.• Communicate with borrowers to request loan conditions.• Review and understand loan documents such as purchase contracts and title work.• Provide high-class customer service to borrowers.• Work with settlement companies and law firms to obtain and review title commitments• Ensure all documents and figures are accurate for loan closing.
Requirements
• Associate's Degree.• 2 years of experience in mortgage lending (preferred).• Excellent communication skills.• Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
