Mortgage Loan Partner

Join us as a full-time Loan Partner 2, where you will focus on what you do best: structuring loans, preparing clients for approval, and overseeing the loan process. You will collaborate closely with our Loan Officer and Business Development Rep, who bring in the business, while you ensure each client receives personalized, detail-oriented service. If you excel in managing processes and nurturing client relationships, we want you on our team.Responsibilities:• Deliver WOW Service Contract to Close: Initiate borrower contact, generate CCRs, coordinate closings, and ensure 95% top-rated• Manage the Pipeline: Ensure timely loan closings, conduct weekly pipeline meetings, review files, oversee the team's Processor(s) and perform quality checks• Tuesday Updates: Provide thorough client updates, seek feedback, and complete all updates by noon• Loan Structuring and Research: Structure complex loans, conduct product research, and quickly resolve questionsQualifications:• Valid NMLS license or must be willing to get licensed within 90 days.• Extensive experience with AUS such LP/DU and GUS is a must.• In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage processes, procedures, and documentation.• Experience and ability to work with DPA loans (THDA/VHDA), non-QM loans (DSCR, Bank Statement) and Construction loans (OTC and other) is preferred.• Able to accurately analyze income, asset documents, and credit reports, and knows how to structure the information properly for a loan. Must be comfortable calculating self-employed income.• Recent Encompass LOS experience is preferred.• Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.• Minimum 2 years experience in a LOA/Loan Partner, Processor, Loan Officer, and/or Underwriter role, 5+ years experience is preferredAbout Company: At the Arrowood Team, we make the mortgage process enjoyable by treating clients like family.
