Job Summary:NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our growing team in Kemper County, MS. As a Mortgage Inspector at NOFS, you will be responsible for conducting inspections on residential properties to ensure occupancy status. This is a Contractor Other position and the successful candidate will work independently, without supervision, to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.Compensation & Benefits:We offer a fee for each inspection. This fee varies by location and volume. You can expect to earn between $20 and $30 per hour. As a contractor, you will also have the opportunity to set your own schedule and work autonomously.Responsibilities:Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status, deliver delinquency letters, conduct insurance inspectionsUtilize inspection software and tools to document and report findingsTake photos of properties and deliver documents as neededComplete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metricsCommunicate with account manager in a professional mannerKeep up to date with industry regulations and guidelinesMaintain accurate records and documentation of inspectionsMaintain professionalism at all times.Requirements:Drivers License, insurance and reliable transportation.
