Responsibilities
• Accept incoming loan applications• Complete application quality review• Ensure accurate updating of information in the system• Issue initial disclosures within compliance• Complete requirements for submission to underwriting• Communicate and explain loan application deficiencies• Review documents for accuracy and compliance• Adhere to regulations including RESPA, TRID, Dodd-Frank, and HMDA• Confirm documentation meets company requirements• Perform file review and quality application audit
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 1+ years of previous mortgage experience preferred• Effective communication and customer service skills• Knowledge of credit applications and compliance• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software• Organizational skills with attention to detail• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
