Job Description:
As a CRM Marketing Support and Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our Mortgage Division, collaborating with various teams to optimize our CRM and marketing strategies. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to thrive in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure seamless coordination and tracking of marketing activities through platforms such as Total Expert and Insellerate.
- Act as a liaison between users and CRM platforms, gathering feedback to enhance user adoption and experience.
- Collaborate with LPO Managers, Marketing, and Compliance teams to develop and execute CRM-based digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyze CRM marketing performance and recommend strategies for improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM platforms, offering guidance and support to users.
- Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of CRM platforms to maximize effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Total Expert, Insellerate, or similar mortgage-based CRM software.
- Knowledge of advertising and lending compliance regulations.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and positivity.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Publisher, Encompass, and web content management systems.
- Creative mindset with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Working Conditions:
- Flexibility to attend promotional and community events outside regular work hours.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Primarily Monday-Friday schedule with potential for overtime or varied hours to accommodate different time zones.
