About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-qualification interviews and assist with loan applications.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Utilize consultative phone selling to engage with members and prospects.
- Maximize lead conversion through persuasive sales techniques.
- Cultivate relationships with external referral sources.
- Collaborate with branch teams to drive mortgage loan growth.

Minimum Requirements:
