Qualifications: Your Role:
Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area. Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables. Estimating wait times for guests and monitoring the guest waiting list. Ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting. Answering the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties. Builds a rapport with guests while walking them to their table. Pulls out chairs and/or tables before guests are seated. Accommodates guests needs, i.e. wheel chair, restrooms, movement of drinks from one location to another, etc. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Previous high volume restaurant experience preferred .
