Our classrooms and outdoor world provide a rich learning environment designed to help children develop focus, independence, exploration skills, responsibility, and a sense of order. The teachers in Montessori are responsible for ensuring children are actively engaged in a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment. A teacher s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide a consistent, positive, caring, and safe environment

Curriculum planning with team

Daily implementation of schedule & curriculum goals

Actively develop and maintain parent relationships

Qualifications:
- Dependable, consistency is important with children

- Great communication skills

- Nurturer /Affectionate: Loving and trustworthy environment

- Knowledgeable about the age level

- Experience with age groups and references

- Patient / Adaptable

- Active / High energy

- Works well with others

- Confident

- Passionate

- Must be able to multi task

- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs

- CPR & First Aid Certified

- Montessori Certified and continuing education or registering to complete Primary diploma
