We reward problem solving. What You'll Do Your future starts here! The Molding Supervisor role at Royal is perfect for someone who likes to be a hands-on/technical leader. We are looking for candidates that show solid leadership potential and mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn injection molding. Approximately the first 9-12 months of this role will consist of training in the various roles and processes before you will independently take on the role of leading your team. Based out of our Quincy or Corporate Grove facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities: Lead a small team in the execution of daily production tasks and in continuous improvement Troubleshoot injection molding processes and equipment. Problem-solve in order to develop corrective actions for customer issues and ideas for improvement Schedule staff and create assignments in order to hit daily goals  Regularly write and conduct employee performance evaluations Assist in performing mold and color changes Prioritize production orders and oversee the production of quality products to ensure our customer standards and needs are met Maintain the work area, equipment and molds to provide the team with an organized workplace and proper tools Responsible for machine safety and for following all prescribed lock out procedures  Starting Wage: $21.65+/hr + quarterly bonuses 
What You'll Bring Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Hands-on technical experience, preferred Prior leadership experience (or strong leadership potential) Willing and able to work 45-50 hours per week Although this is a 3rd shift (12am-8am) position, there may be some training required on 1st shift What You'll Get  No Sunday work Weekly pay Quarterly bonuses based on profitability Ownership in the company through our ESOP plan (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Outstanding medical insurance On-site wellness facility available 24 hours a day
