Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Mold maintenance Troubleshooting tooling issues Mold change overs Value stream support for scrap Documenting PMs and repairs Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Responsible for CNC mill programs Daily improvements Ensure all safety polices are followed Other projects/responsibilities assigned Daily tasks include but are not limited to: Communicate with VSL for production priorities Tool prep and PMS Assembling and dissembling of stack molds, 3-plate and unscrewing molds Document job tracking Meetings to attend shift, plant, huddle and book club Education/Qualifications/Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Technology Manufacturing Association Certificate or equivalent a plus Knowledge of Hot Runner systems Ability to read blueprints Extensive knowledge with measuring equipment Must be able to lift at least 55 lbs.
