CareSend is a technology platform that aims to bridge the gap between physicians, payors, and patients by making care more accessible. This innovative platform provides an opportunity for experienced phlebotomists to offer their expertise in performing in-home lab draws. Your responsibilities will involve traveling to patients' homes, physician offices when applicable, and labs when ordered.
One of the main advantages of joining CareSend as a phlebotomist is the independence and control it provides. To provide you with the most suitable job opportunities, we ask you for your availability. We will use this information to send you relevant job offers that align with your availability.
When you accept job assignments during your specified window, you will be compensated for your time at $40 per hour. This compensation structure is designed to incentivize efficiency and productivity while providing a fair and lucrative opportunity to earn money.
CareSend phlebotomists are considered independent contractors (1099). This means that you will have the freedom to manage your taxes and expenses.

Please read through the job requirements below and submit an application We will contact you if your experience matches what we are looking for Once your profile has been approved, we will submit your background check Upon completion of this process, you will be ready to accept appointments! Requirements Must have phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency Must be currently working in the field and drawing blood regularly, with a minimum of 1 year of experience Experience centrifuging specimens is a plus Reliable transportation is a must A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check are required Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment You must be a tech native and comfortable using a smartphone and computer to execute your tasks Adaptable to changing environments and able to learn quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required Benefits Flexible schedule created by you (Weekday morning/early afternoon availability needed with occasional Saturdays. Please note we are not looking for phlebotomists for weekday evening coverage at this time). All supplies and PPE provided to you at no cost Highly competitive weekly pay
