Responsibilities include: Coaching the behaviors of all Team Members who work front counter/drive-thru. Insures that Team Members follow protocol accurately take all orders. Train, develop, and recognize the best people. Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent service, and accurate orders. Insures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines. Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback. Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling. Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures. Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations.
