Responsibilities
• Assist doctor in a prompt and courteous manner• Complete chart prep on scheduled patients• Maintain accurate clinical records and charts• Complete end of visit reports and provide feedback• Coordinate and maintain patient flow at facility visits• Balance and generate daily production reports• Post charges to appropriate provider• Manage medical supplies inventory• Ensure medical equipment is working properly• Clean service area after visit
Requirements
• High School education or GED• Medical Assistant experience preferred• Own reliable transportation and good driving record• Completed and passed a two-step TB Skin Test• Good computer skills and medical terminology experience• Excellent communication skills• Ability to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors
