Responsibilities
• Perform work specified on repair order with efficiency• Use diagnostic tools and special service equipment• Respond to after-hours service calls• Diagnose and repair trucks and trailers• Communicate with Service Advisor and customers• Execute repairs under warranty• Maintain and manage service truck• Work independently and maintain high productivity
Requirements
• ASE certification preferred• Strong teamwork skills• Customer-focused attitude• State of Michigan HDT repair certified• Willingness to stay up-to-date on industry training• Must have own hand tools
