Responsibilities
• Articulate repairs and explain invoices to customers• Drive a van in a Tri-City area for recalls, maintenance, and minor repairs• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with policies• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems• Communicate with Service Advisor for additional service needs• Complete online multi-point inspection report• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
