Requirements:
- 10 Years + Restoration experience required
- Excellent leadership, salesmanship, customer service, negotiation, and communication
- Must have a good understanding of general building construction
- Industry experience is MUST HAVE
- Ability to read an estimate, understand, and increase revenue
- Certifications such as WRT, ASD, and AMRT is a huge plus.
- Must be able to be insured on company vehicle policy and have a clean driving record.
