Responsibilities
• Embodying the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Blake's Lotaburger• Providing exceptional customer service• Preparing menu items correctly every time• Motivating management and crew members• Enforcing company policies and procedures• Maintaining kitchen compliance with food safety laws• Securing the store safe and handling cash deposits• Taking accurate inventory and ordering accordingly• Creating work schedules and monitoring labor percentage• Ensuring overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations• Recruiting and training new crew members and managers• Increasing sales and optimizing food and labor costs• Working with District Manager to meet goals
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 2+ years of restaurant management experience• Associate's degree in related field or business management coursework• Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays• Proficiency in Blake's Lotaburger operations and policies• Knowledge of health codes and procedures• Moderate computer skills• Strong teamwork and communication skills• Bilingual in Spanish/English (a plus)• Ability to pass background check and have a valid driver's license• ServSafe Manager Certified
