Insight Global is actively seeking a Military Construction Engineer to join our clients team in New Castle or Dover, Delaware. WE need a Civil Engineer to join our clients military construction engineering program. This role offers the opportunity to learn from an experienced program manager and contribute to a wide variety of engineering projects on military facilities. This position would have you overseeing a team of 4-8 junior staff that would support you on the design aspect of these military projects.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects and engineers to prepare civil design plans.Ensure designs comply with land use, stormwater, erosion, sediment control, access, and military guidelines.Participate in pre-bid meetings, prepare addenda, respond to contractor questions, and provide construction support.Manage a range of projects, including military bases, parking lots, runways, and taxiways.Coordinate multiple disciplines, track budgets, schedules, and mentor a team of 4-8 staff members. Skills and Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of civil engineering experience.
