What You Will Do:• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge automation workflows using Swimlane SOAR.• Integrate SOAR with your security ecosystem, bringing orchestration and efficiency to VA OCIO.• Analyze security incidents and craft playbooks that proactively respond to and mitigate threats.• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain the SOAR platform for peak performance.• Collaborate with security analysts and threat intelligence teams to continuously refine your defenses.• Share your expertise through internal training and documentation. Required Skills:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related fields. • 5+ years of SOAR experience.• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and incident response processes.• Proficiency in Swimlane SOAR (ideally with experience in [specific functionalities]).• Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation development.• Analytical and problem-solving skills to dissect complex security issues.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.• A passion for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
