Bellevue, WA; Berkeley, MO; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Kent, WA; North Charleston, SC; Renton, WA; or Seattle, WA .The Mid-Level Programmer Analyst will have a passion for building large enterprise scale software systems. We are looking for a teammate who is highly motivated and likes to solve challenging and complex problems across a variety of domains. This position supports the software development of critical applications of airplane regulatory and certification systems. The candidate will play an active role in facilitating transition from current state to future state of Information Technology (IT) tools supporting digital transformation.Position Responsibilities:Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents, and maintains computing applications

Gathers and evaluates end user requirements

Writes and compiles code and constructs database objects based on documented design and analyzes information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements

Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality

Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture problems

Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.

"U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience with .NET application development

Experience with JavaScript (e.g., Angular, JQuery)

Experience in application Integration, APIs and Microservies

Experience using SQL for application interactions with databases (i.e. Oracle, MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.)

Experience with delivering software solutions to Production environment and writing quality, production ready code

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with DevOps or DevSecOps practices and methodologies

Experience with Cloud technologies and/or Cloud native app development

Experience working in an Agile or Scaled Agile environment

Typical Education & Experience:Typically, 5 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
