This position exists to assist site maintenance professionals with their daily tasks of completing work orders on equipment, improvement projects, and general facility maintenance. We are looking for a hard-working individual who is willing to learn our equipment and be able to assist in the upkeep of said equipment to aid our production team in meeting their daily targets.
Job Description General Equipment Maintenance Changing and tightening conveyor belts Assist with troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to plan. Electrical Support Bending and installing conduit Pulling wire according to plan and under the guidance of site maintenance personnel Changing batteries and fixtures on emergency lights Welding Fabricating a variety of different guards, railings, and fixture repair Skills Required Electrical experience Seed processing equipment maintenance experience Industrial maintenance 2-3 years' experience is required. Residential maintenance experience will not be considered. Ability to work shifts. Education/Training/Certifications High school diploma or GED Welding certifications Additional Requirements Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check. Hours are M-F 4pm-2:30am September – February and March- August hours are M-F 6am-4:30pm (Please make sure candidates are aware of this work schedule and can do both shifts during these months.)
