Responsibilities
• Provide financial analysis in support of PMS-317 portfolio of projects across the PPBE process• Provide financial management and analytical support to PMS-317 staff and leadership• Coordinate, support, and analyze POM, BES, PBR, and PB submissions for PMS-317• Provide expertise and support coordinating annual Business Planning for PMS-317• Measure organizational performance and assess effects of programs and policies on the budget• Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance• Perform cost-benefit analyses to review financial requests and assess program tradeoffs• Conduct training sessions on new budget procedures• Develop and update budget reports across the FYDP• Prepare financial briefing documentation and create briefs for program reviews
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting (or 5 years of relevant experience)• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a government-issued CAC and possess an active Secret clearance
