Description SAIC is seeking a Tier II Microsoft Intune Mobility Engineer to support the US Army 365 (A365) End Users to provide Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) to ensure the smooth operation of Intune services and provide technical support for mobile devices and applications using the Microsoft Intune mobility platform.
NOTE: This is a fully Remote / Work from Home position JOB DESCRIPTION Provide technical support for mobile devices and Services including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Investigate and resolve Tier II support tickets related to Intune functionality, derived credentials, and mobile device management. Collaborate closely with Tier I support and other relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Manage and maintain Intune infrastructure Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for the Microsoft Intune mobility platform, including configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of mobile devices. Create, configure, and manage device profiles, policies, and compliance rules within Intune to ensure devices are properly secured and in compliance with organizational standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, synchronization, and management. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement and maintain derived credentials for mobile devices. Ensure proper configuration and integration of derived credential solutions with Intune for secure access to enterprise resources. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree Experience supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting major mobile operating systems including iOS, Android and Windows Experience supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Mobile Application Management (MAM) systems Experience in configuring endpoint protection policies for mobile devices In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including understanding its features, capabilities, and how to configure and manage devices using Intune REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) Must be able to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT certification, Level I or higher, such as A+ CE, Network+ CE, Security+ CE, CASP+, etc within 60 days of hire REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain a full Top Secret Clearance; Secret required prior to start Must be a current US Citizen
Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
