• Able to work safely in a manufacturing setting• Maintain high standard for housekeeping• Computer skills for data entry and reporting• Ability to recognize and handle measurements• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks• Navigate Microsoft Outlook for work email• Learn to operate plant equipment• Familiarity with common hand tools• Troubleshoot minor process issues• Good communication skills• Recognize unsafe conditions or hazards• Cooperate with co-workers in safety and production• Learn procedures and retain information• Use on-line tools to monitor product specifications• Make machine and process adjustments• Trained in safe operation of forklift
