Mfg Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities
• Supervise and coach direct reports• Develop plans for maintenance overhauls and projects• Support maintenance budget control and tracking• Coordinate with planning/scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance purchasing teams• Administer the PPM program and parts room inventory• Perform engineering analyses for equipment failures• Oversee the parts room and manage stocking levels• Coordinate maintenance work using work order system and CMMS• Establish work measurement techniques and improve maintenance department• Maintain equipment and facility documentation
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering• 2+ years of direct maintenance supervisory experience in the food industry• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, EPA, and OSHA requirements• Strong organizational and analytical skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS• Effective oral/written communication skills
