POSITION – Polisher | Metal Finisher
JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Day Shift (Choice of either 4:45am-3pm or 6:45am-4pm, Mon-Thurs and Mon-Fri)
STARTING PAY – $20.00/hour (or more DOE)
BENEFITS – Competitive
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED required, trade school or technical diploma/certificate a bonus
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 1-2 years of manufacturing experience highly preferred, valid driver's license required
DUTIES :
Polish parts to ensure consistent finish quality. Keep work area and tools clean. Undertake assigned maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor. Aid in assembly processes. Adhere to all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions. Execute all duties in a safe and accountable manner. QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in polishing to precise tolerances. Capable of adhering to a set schedule. Demonstrates reliability and punctuality. Exhibits strong attention to detail. Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
