Responsibilities
• Promoting a culture of accountability to meet store goals.• Utilizing task management system to prioritize and execute operational focuses.• Forecasting and adjusting payroll to maximize productivity.• Reviewing and reacting to financial and operational reporting.• Executing the Guest Engagement Leader program and providing a friendly guest experience.• Performing makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.• Attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.• Supporting associate professional development and succession planning.• Protecting company assets and ensuring store standards are met.• Communicating and providing feedback to leadership.
Requirements
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.• Financial management experience with driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.• Retail management experience with monitoring inventory levels and executing merchandising directives.• Leadership management experience with attracting, developing, and motivating talent.• Proficient with basic technology and strong written and verbal communication.• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills.• Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment, and be flexible/adaptable.
