About the RoleAs the specialist virtual behavioral health provider, at NOCD, we want our Therapists to focus on what's most important - treating and caring for our members.NOCD is looking for Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LPCC, LIMFT, LISW) based in Ohio to join our team.As a NOCD Therapist, you will see our team is committed to achieving clinical excellence, an exquisite Therapist experience and providing proven & visible clinical outcomes. We have dedicated teams to handle marketing, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. Therapists will use valuable previous clinical experience, good judgment, and our clinical guidelines to discern when to refer members to external resources. Providers will collaborate with our network of psychiatrists and therapists to help develop and reinforce treatment decisions.You'll enjoy growth and support through: ongoing consultation with other team members; specialized clinical training with experienced OCD providers; information on the latest research advancements in the field; technical support and clinical protocols; 1:1 mentorship to discuss complex cases; and an open, receptive environment to provide feedback.What You'll DoHelp people with OCD get better and stay better by providing top-notch care through diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platformManage your caseload and scheduleMaintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the NOCD EHR systemParticipate in NOCD clinical consultation, training, and advance your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for OCDCollaborate with our network of providers to help develop and reinforce treatment decisionsRequirements:See credentialing information here. Full Time Providers:40 hour work weekComplete 25 hours of direct clinical work per weekAttend a world-class training program developed by industry leadersAttend 2 hours of weekly group clinical consultationHave 10 hours of weeknight/weekend availability after 5pm local time for Member SessionsWill participate in and complete cross-license application process during OnboardingOpen and willing to treat children and adolescents after attending NOCD Child and Adolescent trainingWho You AreFull and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.Masters Degree RequiredOhio:(LicensedPsychologist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Independent Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Independent Social Worker)At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT)Knowledge and experience with treating OCD with ERP is preferable but not requiredOrganized, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, good with time managementHave a confidential, private location to work remotely from with reliable internet accessComfortable and efficient with using technology to communicateAmbitious and ready to keep up with a goal-driven, start-up environmentWhat We OfferA commitment to clinical excellence, an exquisite Therapist experience and proven & visible clinical outcomes. Gain world-class training from experienced OCD providers to become a specialized Therapist in treating OCD and related disorders through evidence-based care. A full suite of support through continued mentorship & feedbackInvestment in new technology built to improve the NOCD Therapist experience and allow our Therapists to continue to focus on Member care.Competitive compensation with a robust bonus program for qualifying employeesBase Salary Comp Range in Ohio - $55,000 - $77,000Bonus Program = $12,400 per year earned on average by those eligibleComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and 401(k) match for qualifying employeesPTO based on an accrual systemCasual and engaging startup environment with an outstanding mission-driven team atmosphereSpecialized ERP training with experienced OCD providersWork remotely from the comfort of your own home or officeCentralized schedulingAn investment in your personal growth through a clear career pathAccess to NOCD Professional Development Trainings and ongoing consultation with other team membersOne-on-one mentorship to discuss complex casesNOCD provides 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for the primary caregiver, and 6 weeks of fully paid leave for the secondary caregiver, for qualifying full-time employees.
