What we do: The Village Family Service Center in St. Cloud is accepting applications for a Mental Health Therapist, with a master's degree in a human service field with a license (ex: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP) or be on licensure-track/clinical trainee. Working at The Village as a Mental health Therapist or Clinical Trainee you will be provided the opportunity to provide therapeutic services to children (including 0-5 years old), adolescents, families, adults, and couples. Components of the position include completion of diagnostic assessments, including DC 0-5 assessments (experience preferred but may provide training), working with families to define the risks and strengths, while also creating individualized treatment plans and completing all documentation in a timely manner into the electronic records system.
Job Qualifications/requirements: Master's degree in a human service field or behavioral science field Fully licensed (ex: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP) or be on licensure-track/clinical. Must pass criminal background check Training in trauma-specific therapy modules is preferred but not required.
