Job summary
Alliance Health Center is seeking a Mental Health Tech(MHT) to work with male adolescent patients.The MHT will demonstrate pro-social and coping skills, maintain professional boundaries, and facilitate patient classes and activities.The position is located in Meridian, Mississippi.

Responsibilities
• Role modeling pro-social and coping skills for patient observation• Maintaining a positive attitude while carrying out assigned duties and interacting with patients, families, and coworkers• Utilizing therapeutic communication skills and professional boundaries with patients and families• Demonstrating basic problem-solving skills and seeking supervision when needed• Adhering to the policies of Alliance Health Center• Facilitating patient classes and activities
Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age• High School Graduate or Equivalent• Preferably two years of work experience in a psychiatric treatment setting with children and adolescents• Maintain annual CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification
